KIPPER PATE

2 Kippers
1/2 Chopped Onion
Crushed Garlic
1oz Butter
4 tblsps Soured Cream
salt & pepper
  Remove all the skin and bones from the Kippers and mash. Fry the chopped onion and garlic in the butter. Add to the Kipper with one grated egg, salt & pepper and soured cream beat well. Put into a small dish and chill. Garnish with tomato and cucumber. Serve with hot toast and crusty bread.
